RINALDO company, boasts over 50 years of tradition and a solid experience in the production of preparations for commercial and industrial vehicles. Mr. Antonio Rinaldo, grandfather of the actual administrators, began this activity around the years 40', but to develop and to found the first working shop for the construction and reparation of wagons and carriages, was his son, Salvatore. The passion, the engagement  bring the company at the end  of  years 70' to the specialization in the construction of preparations and transformations of industrial vehicles. The times quickly change  and Rinaldo  brothers working since boys in the shop, show a notable technique and organizing talent  helping  the increase  of  RINALDO production.

For a long time illuminated by an entrepreneurial spirit and an innate commercial intuition,  Rinaldo brothers to the beginnings of the years 90' put to their historical trademark a new society, ETICA srl, born with the intent to import and commercialize trailers and semi trailers, as well as all those activities that the new distributive system required.

In the year of 1994, the new society establishes a relationship of collaboration with  TRAILOR S.A., leader  in the production of trailers and semi trailers. From the French company, ETICA begins to purchase chassis  equipped in all the different forms required by RINALDO. In few years the society becomes the sole importer for Italy of  General Trailer, as well as the first client  to the export in Europe.

Few years of collaboration and the vehicles  registered in Italy with the trademarks ETICA - TRAILOR - RINALDO were about  1.500, becoming the first Italian builders in the sector.

The company leader in Italy  in the trade of industrial vehicles, in the past time had relationship with:  

*LEGRAS SAleader in the production of vehicles FMA;
*SOR IBERICA  known for  the production of isothermal and refrigerator boxes;
*FRUEHAUF,* VANHOOL,*LECITRAILER known for the chassis manufacturing .

Actually Rinaldo continues its work  co-operating with:

 *KRONE ,*BERGER,*BARTOLETTI, *VIBERTI,*MERKER  known for the chassis manufacturing 

 *CARGO FLOOR whose kits are installed by Rinaldo for the working of PMA, built  in its shop
